Established controls in Standardising weekly reviews with Business & devised acceleration roadmaps for KYC lifecycle (Client Documentation collection & KYC completion)

Monitor the client outreach progress on a Daily/Weekly/monthly frequencies

	KYC Operations Discipline & Governance: ~220 FTE (~2,800 Records Daily), saved 9 FTE worth effort by automation
