Wayfair

•	Led the Ocean freight product and successfully transported over 11000 containers for 72 suppliers across 3 countries gaining a revenue of $5.5M in 2018. 
•	Identified detailed requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders including operations and marketing teams within Wayfair and overseas agents in China, Steam Ship Lines and import brokers beyond Wayfair
•	Managed 2 engineering teams of 8 associates and acted as a liaison to convert business requirements into technical stories

Nationwide Insurance

Products: Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) & Institutional Investor Portal
•	Designed and launched strategic beta ETFs, #1 blue chip product for Nationwide - Investment Management group (IMG) in 2017, resulting in an annual revenue of $11.2M
•	Promoted Nationwide into a new era of business by creating institutional investor portal and selling ETFs to Financial advisors and Institutional investors
•	Developed Nationwide’s ETF - product strategy and roadmaps based on requirements from sales and marketing teams, and competitive market analysis.
•	Drove Nationwide Financial towards API-First strategy to utilize multiple vendor APIs to obtain mutual fund data which resulted in an annual savings of $260k
•	Managed dependencies and led crucial decisions between 2 vendors and 4 internal scrum teams to develop the product within the planned schedule and Budget
Product: mynfn.com on NF.com Revamp
•	Redesigned the mynfn.com web portal and integrated it with nationwidefinancial.com, saving over $1.2M per year in maintaining legacy systems, document & ID management, and run teams
•	Implemented single sign-on and multi factor authentication functionalities for 3 applications, removing 23 high and critical security vulnerabilities 
Product: NW Bank – Chat
•	Created the customer facing Click to Chat - SaaS application for NW Bank resulting in 24% increase in Boat and RV loans
•	Analyzed a panel of 11746 users, defined by A/B testing, and identified KPIs for customer acquisition and retention

•	Led a five-member team of designers, engineers and built Dates Catalog, an application for Google assistant that helps users to remember important dates
