Phaseal brings the ability to establish, strategize, and maintain strong business relationships between businesses while fostering the continued engagement of a team capable of solutioning any business objective. For the first 19 years of his career Phaseal used his experiences to develop the IT strategy, governance and project execution in team environments in medium and large corporations. Phaseal experienced in ensuring that service delivery meets contracted specs, scope, budget and profits and he successfully manage client and personnel relationships to assure successful delivery of service and projects to clients internal and external.
