Before going online with the Strong Boss Project I started up my renowned bootcamp, Super Circuits, and began personal training.
Over 5 years I coached and helped 100s of men and women achieve things they never thought possible!

I believe everyone has the right to experience the benefits of being in great shape and feeling their best so adopted a down to earth open attitude with no elitism or ego! Something that is sadly prevalent in the fitness industry
I set out to change that and believe I have acheived my goal to and then some!
