Command and Leadership of up to 30 highly talented Qualified Military Instructors and Qualified Warfare Instructors. Accountable for 3 distinct services with a programme of up to several hundred students. Stakeholder engagement with senior leadership to continue the development of products and services.
Influence product owners to evolve products to meet the needs of force element senior leadership.  Regular engagement with Senior leadership regarding training delivery, highlighting risks, resolving issues to balance organisational and customer needs.

Director of Training

Senior Stakeholder Engagement - C-Suite level engagement for 51 Sqn capability integration into future space and air programs. 

Leadership - Lead the 51 Sqn Operations team consisting of 5 personnel.  Developed better processes and practices along side the team manager to enable greater efficiency through exploitation of available technology.  

Management - Personally to responsibility for planning and Managing multiple Squadron sized (100+ personnel) detachments to Europe/USA including cross-functional departments including Engineering/Operations/Logistics/Human Resources /Communications/Training.

Risk Management- Responsible for ensuring the safety of flight on behalf of the Commanding Office as the senior mission manager and qualified flight authoriser. 

Operational Data Risk Owner - senior most mission authority ensuring mission data remained legally compliant within Regulatory Investigatory Powers Act, worked with authorities and data specialists to understand and put better procedures in place to strengthen compliance at the request of senior directors.

Senior Operations Manager / Senior Consultant

Specialist Consultant to a UK Task Force in Theatre. 

Business Relationship Management - Responsible for intra-theatre relationship management between multiple coalition partners across the Middle East.  I personally expanded the influence into higher functioning headquarters to deliver more resources for the Task Force Commander. 

Senior Consultant - Advised the Task Force Commander during the creation of a contracted ISR replacement for the current capability. Offering advice on best practices and cutting edge technology for inclusion in the requirement documentation.  

Operations Management- Responsible for the ongoing delivery of UAS services including de-risking operations by implementing best practices with in the task force operators , monitoring supply chains to assist in capability availability and escalating issues to the Commanding Officer if required.

Selected from a highly competitive field to attend the RAFs premier Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance experts course. This course is MSc accredited. Graduated with the overall highest grade for academic phase.

Qualified Warfare Instructor Graduate

Development of processes and the frameworks in order to take the unit from initial operating capability to full operating capability. Development of trials to generate greater capability and aid the successful delivery of projects such as Unit deployable infrastructure, satellite communications systems and IT solutions.  Change manager for implementation of new operation methodologies including collaborative working with global partners. Mentoring staff to develop personal goal setting and career progression within the RAF. Developing and communicating requirements for information technology and equipment delivery by Airseeker Programme suppliers . Maintaining and leveraging relationships to deliver synergy between global partners
