I’ve held large senior leadership roles in major companies for over 25 years, working across a variety of different sectors and industries. I have a lot of experience internationally in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the UK within sectors including nuclear, energy, infrastructure, property and transportation industry. In the past I’ve even operated a nuclear site in the UK and most recently I led several businesses in the design, engineering and project management consultancy, WS Atkins. In my current role, I lead Serco’s large regional business in the Middle East. We focus on the delivery of excellent client service with a commitment to supporting the delivery of essential public services and leveraging the team’s international expertise and local market knowledge. My vision and growth for the business lies in leveraging the latest technology and the best people to continue to deliver best-in-class services for clients. I am #SercoAndProud to lead a 4,000 strong team across KSA, UAE, Qatar and Iraq that manages workforces, assets and data with the support of the latest technological solutions in the transport, defence, healthcare, justice and immigration sectors. So far in my time at Serco, we have introduced new service lines, including citizen services to support the visions of the UAE and Saudi Arabian leadership as part of the governments’ overall ambitions and goals. Serco’s service offering has been strengthened through the addition of ExperienceLab, a consultancy which focuses on creating world-class user-centric experiences underpinned by data and insights. It makes me proud to work closely with governments in the region, helping them reach their transformational visions and seeing our frontline staff #MakeADifferenceEveryday.
