The MDU

Responsibilities: Sending letters regarding claims against MDU members written by the claims handlers. This involves proofreading all letters and checking that key details on the letter are correspond with those that are on computer system 'pro-file' and then amending any details when required. Attaching any enclosures mentioned within the letter including physical items such as CDs, x-rays and study models. Copying x-rays and CDs for MDU records when required.

IDM Administrator

Responsibilities
Administrating the M&S online Property Documents database website of over 6000+ users including M&S staff and contractors. Answering users queries, checking compliancy of files uploaded to the site in relation to the site's naming conventions, reporting the weekly website usage to the site team, communicating with key stakeholders to gain information for creating new upload areas for Questa users.

Highlights
	– Further developing spreadsheet reports which show website usage/queries/upload errors. This resulted in a decrease in time spent populating reports and an increase in accuracy of data reported.
	– Creating a Spreadsheet to show key dates for 'store development schemes' awaiting approval, this was updated and issued weekly to key stakeholders within the Store Development department.
	– Creating a form compiler for my immediate team to use when requesting new online website folders. As a result, the process that took 10 minutes per folder request took 30 seconds.
	– Running an hour training session on Questa for the property energy team and the regional energy managers (REMs). The hour session for the 10 attendees was to help introduce Questa to the REMs for file searching.
       – Co-lead organising of the 2015 Christmas Party for the department of 150 people.

Web Administrator

I am a strong multi-tasker in which I refined my skills when working as an Administrator from October 2014 to November 2017 at Marks & Spencer and Schools HR Co-operative. I have a high attention to detail and enjoy working with large amounts of data which led me to working in finance first as an administrator and then an account assistant at Fullers, Smith & Turner PLC.

Since completing my degree I have worked in many different areas including: Finance, HR & recruitment, confidential documentation management, website administration & analysis and customer service & sales. Working within these different areas has provided me with the opportunity to expand on my skill set as well as develop new skills. It also has provided me with knowledge on different ways of working and various different processes.
