After joining the IT Outsourcing industry in 1994 I have spent my whole career looking at design, implementation, delivery, sales and commercial management of IT and Telecoms Services contracts ranging from the very small to the significant in size. Of particular note is a focus on how to build and maintain partnerships, be they between Clients and Service Providers, Vendors and Service Providers or between Service Providers themselves, to best service the business need of a particular sector or solution.
