Meed’s vision is one where Web3 is made relevant to the real world. This means bending the technology to solve real problems rather than refactoring the problems to fit the mechanics of Web3 and losing product market fit, which has been one of the primary issues in the industry to date. 

Whereas the industry has focused on using Web3 as the on-ramp, meed believes the true application of Web3 is after the customer is acquired, used as a tool to energise customer engagement, retention and loyalty, and this is where Meed’s activities are focused. 

Our unified loyalty-as-a-service platform uses Web3 capabilities to reinvent customer longtail marketing, especially for SMEs who traditionally rely on simple email lists or even physical stamp cards, which don’t precisely produce reams of data. It comes with its own AI assistant, codename Meedy, to analyse your customer data, recommend campaigns and even design and execute them for you. 

Our JV, Skysurfer Games, creates hypercasual mobile games for airlines. This is our immediate revenue push, but more importantly (and strategically), this puts us in the room with the most valuable loyalty programs in the world while we build.

Meed also provides services to third-party companies building smart contracts, web and mobile apps, and in-game design and assets, especially where the objective is to experiment with digital loyalty. The revenue from these services has enabled us to fund the development of our IP, although we are now looking for outside investment to accelerate growth.
