I' m writting my PHD. The main topics of my dissertation are the personal ressources and job performance. Beside of my PHD, I' m working in a research project with the focus on further education. I have knowledge in Business Psychology, HR and Corporate Health Management. Additionally I have written many scientific works about flexible working and health topics like Teleworking, prevention and Work-Life-Balance. Furthermore I have made professional Developments courses in the statistic -program "R", SAP-HCM and Project Management. Before and after my studies, I was in Spain to work as a Volunteer to gain foreign experiences.
