As Visiting Professor at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain from 2010 to 2020, I taught an elective course in B2B business and market strategy to full-time MBA students, developed in collaboration with Prof. Jorge Gonzalez of the Marketing department. Authored many published articles and white papers including a March 2009 HBR article "In a Downturn, Provoke Your Customers" (with co-authors Geoffrey Moore and Todd Hewlin). In addition, publish a blog at www.philiplay.com, and previously authored and published more than 100 issues of Under the Buzz / NUGGETS, a widely read opinion column . Core domain expertise: Facilitation in vision>strategy>execution; company and go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales strategy, customer success and organizational effectiveness in enterprise software.
