I have spent the last 20 years honing my skills while ensuring that my body and mind are taken care of. I thrive under pressure and see opportunities where others see issues. I have been effective throughout my career by listening more than talking and providing a solution rather than product. One key strength is the ability to absorb the technical and relay pertinent information in a simple fashion. I have led large multi skilled teams to success by understanding the individual and nurturing their strengths, occasionally finding that the role doesn't play to that and finding a suitable position which allows the individual and company to flourish. Highly experienced in driving new business initiatives and a strong relationship builder, very comfortable presenting to and dealing with C suite and other relevant stakeholders. I get an immense sense of achievement when helping businesses realise their true potential and will not shy away from difficult conversations; these lead to fruitful partnerships. On a personal level I have a fascination with the human anatomy with a particular focus on protein synthesis and degradation. You may see me posting about my daughter, family is very important to me and happily shout it from the rooftops. I BBQ as often as I can and have a growing collection of bbq's (all charcoal). My Army days have instilled a level of discipline in me that I carry through to personal and professional life , this has allowed me to excel at planning and execution in everything I do. I have always led from the front and surround myself with industry experts and leaders wherever possible.
