Working with the client on setting up project management processes to govern a new Transformation Program within Mærsk Line. With my experience within contract management, governance structure, organizational structure, financial reporting on etc., I were chosen start up the program with the client program manager and PMO team.

During this 10 week strategy project, I worked closely with the client on defining the future Organizational Model.
