Teal Around The World #TATW is a not-for-profit volunteer-driven gathering of like-minded individuals seeking better ways of working, better ecosystems of collaboration, and the emergence of integrity and wholeness at work. 

We are inspired by the work of Frederic Laloux in Reinventing Organisations, where he described 'Teal' as part of a spectrum of organisational evolution (after Spiral Dynamics). Teal is an embodiment of self-organization and alignment with purpose and values. 

As a Founding Partner and core organising team member my mission is to bring the awareness and practical implementation of this work to life through best-practice sharing, story telling and practical support for companies and society. 

We organise ourselves in a completely Teal way of working and it is wonderful to learn together with a wonderful team of passionate volunteers.

The ICP-ATF is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching Track. It focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator, while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes. Through obtaining this certification, course participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams. In addition, participants will build their facilitator toolkits and gain experience facilitating specific agile practices most relevant to their organizational context.

Built a new team of Global Scientific Communications Directors in Switzerland and California to transform the way our data can make maximum benefit to patients. In addition I am involved in supporting Leadership Excellence, Coaching & Mentoring and I am on the faculty of our senior leadership program at London Business School.

Global Head, Scientific Communications - Oncology & Haematology

Led a large multi-functional team to support Global Product Strategy and Global Medical Affairs to be more efficient, compliant and effective.  The team included Procurement, Compliance and Financial Process professionals.  I was a member of the Global Pharma Procurement Leadership team and led a number of Innovation initiatives to transform the group and the way we worked to deliver greater impact to the organisation including exceeded savings targets, ensured 100% compliance and helped products launch more effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Global Oncology Marketing, this role focused on building a team to improve the way our pan-franchise activities were managed to deliver greater impact and effectiveness.  This included transforming our company-wide presence at the largest oncology congresses including ASCO and ESMO, new ways of working with our Thought Leaders, building partnerships with key societies and improving forecasting and managing the way the whole oncology franchise was run.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Global Strategic Plan including the Influenza Pandemic Plan.  This involved working with the UN and governments at the highest level.

Successfully developed a Consumer Segmentation model to relaunch the product world-wide.  Insights were developed to create an award-winning global communication campaign.  This was used as a consumer-centric case study by INSEAD and I was invited to be a guest faculty member.

Congratulations to this great group of coaches who have just completed Module 1 of the AoEC Practitioner Coach Diploma. 

We focus a lot on the cycles of Beginnings-Middles-Endings. 
In this module we ensured we had a good BEGINNING. 
We fastened our seat belts and prepared for take off.
