In my final role with American Hotel Register Company, I reported to the Senior Director of Strategic Integration Enablement. While doing so, I was responsible for remaining relevant to our customers, developing into the market innovation leader, and driving profitability by streamlining processes, digitizing the customer experience, and introducing robotic process automation.
My primary tasks entailed:

• Championing PM disciplines and provided the processes, structures, and tools for project and program management across the transformation.

• Providing a governance structure, ensuring accountability and enabled the predictability of each transformation initiative.

• Transformed analytics operations to serve internal and external "customers" with a focus on establishing practices that leverage appropriate software development methodologies and project and ticket tracking systems.

• Creating and communicating an analytics strategy to create meaningful business and customer value from data assets.

• Building consensus among diverse groups of process stakeholders facilitating resolutions that arose from functional, divisional, and geographic areas of the company.

This role allowed me to help American Hotel Register Company to achieve numerous significant milestones.

First, I sponsored and led the transformation to agile development practices across the IT organization. This facilitated cultural changes with IT and business team members.

This also improved the enterprise's flexibility to respond to customer needs, driving loyalty and value. With increased customer loyalty, American Hotel Register Company was well-prepared for global expansion.

Ultimately, the robust system streamlined operations, resulting in enhanced productivity and reduced expenses without affecting business growth and profitability.

Director, Business Intelligence & Analytic Governance 

As the Strategic Director of Business Analytics & Development, American Hotel Register Company charged me with transforming customer experience into a globally integrated, technologically agile team.

Similar to prior roles, this mandated a multi-faceted strategy. In general, it was comprised of three key tasks:

1) Leading enterprise-wide efforts to coordinate and align emerging technologies, demographics, and industry changes by leveraging innovative approaches to the Transformational Experience.

2) Executing Experience Transformation programs, setting strategic vision, direction, and standards for championing a best-in-class experience in alignment with the changing needs of the business and clients.

3) Initiating the Digital Transformation experience, transforming the way the company leveraged digital assets for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C experiences from ideation through delivery that enabled a simple, connected, and experience-driven involvement that empowered customers and the brand.
Upon following this game plan, I was able to lead American Hotel Register Company to accomplish several significant milestones.

Firstly, I provided world-class business intelligence analytics, aggressively growing revenue, profit, and market share while reducing operational costs.

Secondly, I advanced internal operational and analytical reporting strategies, focused on the delivery of actionable information versus data.

Thirdly, I led team of 35 analysts to define, develop, and deliver business critical reports and dashboards.

Finally, I successfully delivered 135 mission-critical reports based on aligned KPI’s, on time and on budget.

All of this fostered best-in-class innovation and joint value creation with our customers, vendors, and suppliers through melding what internal and external data should be leveraged in the future to further enhance customer engagement, speed to market, and profitability.

Strategic Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics

As the Director of Sales Enablement, I directed 170 associates with 5 direct reports, who executed and delivered on a variety of strategic areas.

These entailed B2B sales, service, and marketing strategies, allowing our organization to touch 40,000 customer targets. These assisted American Hotel Register Company in driving customer acquisition and retention. We also shared wallet initiatives and processes, gaining visibility into customer programs and services.

In summary, my role can be summarized as steering business transformation toward a more structured, directed, and measured sales and marketing effort with the goal of improving sales productivity and compliance strategies.

In doing so, I led American Hotel Register Company to achieve numerous significant milestones.
First, my division grew company sales and profits by a combined 10%, while navigating customer consolidation and the presence of group purchasing organizations. The sales and marketing team was comprised of 60 individuals responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives.

Secondly, I oversaw the New Construction initiative, leading a team of 10 business development managers, growing from $10M to $35M in 3 years.

Thirdly, I managed the Customer Experience Call Center of 70 associates. This was a multi-pronged approached which featured:

• Implementing a training program and career path plans to gain the best talent by building a learning culture.

• Inspiring a growth mindset, driving a clear and predictable business rhythm to engage employees and share information freely throughout the organization.

• Directing 20 associates who were dedicated on sourcing products outside of our product portfolio.

• Developing and executing the sales commission plan along with the technology to execute the plan.

This led to American Hotel Register Company to improving key KPI’s to be best in class by focusing the team’s efforts on customer pain points & expectations.
