📤 Distribution: Reorganized the distribution of Espanol Ya, which led to it being sold out for the first time in its history. As a side effect, some advertising clients also became distribution points, which increased the value of the magazine in their eyes.
💰 Advertising: Designed and implemented a strategy to reduce the number of ads and increase their price. In 4 months, successfully reversed the trend of falling advertising revenue. Also landed the largest advertising contract in the company's history, as well as other prestigious contracts.
📊 Production: Successfully implemented a policy to ensure that the magazines were published on time (something that had never happened before). This meant changing the company culture and in some cases the culture of the clients. As a result, clients took the magazine much more seriously.
💻 Administration: Designed and implemented a system to control payment for sold advertising and the introduction of a debtor list. This led to a 90% decrease in unpaid bills.
💸 Sales: The increase in turnover and popularity of Espanol Ya made it more desirable, and it was eventually sold (June 2006).
