I’m a partner and head of PEM Corporate Finance, an award-winning M&A and valuation practice based in Cambridge, UK. I advise entrepreneurial mid-market businesses on company sales, acquisitions, valuations, private equity transactions, strategic reviews and fund-raising projects. I hold both the ICAEW corporate finance qualification and a "triple crown" accredited MBA from the University of Bradford, the 2021 Times Higher Education Business School of the Year. I'm also a full member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments. Above all, I’m a Christian and this underpins my entire approach to professional life - I pursue integrity, equality, discipline, excellence and hard work. I’m married to Sharon and we have two small children who keep us busy! We also co-host "The Love Podcast" - check it out!
