I function as a custodian for our brand, both in written tone of voice as well as the visual portfolio, which represents Commsor's brand & content on and offline.

A global platform with a local focus - CreativeMornings is the world’s largest face-to-face creative community and a popular speaker series that inspires hundreds of creative thinkers, makers, and doers each month. 

I'm responsible for the overall event and brand in Cape Town, including curating speakers, venues, communication, content, and partnerships. I lead a team of 10 dedicated organizers and help connect the creative community in Cape Town.

I established a thorough Developer Marketing Strategy to continue our success story in the open source Drupal community.

- Data driven KPI reporting on developer marketing efforts in line with campaign strategy.

Aamzee Labs is a web development agency specializing in open source Drupal and React development.

I was responsible for the production and coordination of the Amazee Group's and Amazee Labs' online presence on the website and social channels, as well as content planning and coordination for our technical developer audience.

Furthermore I was tasked with business development on group level and the exploration of innovative technologies to convert them into potential business cases for Amazee's existing portfolio of international clients as well as structuring and upscaling the strategic marketing efforts within the group. 

Part of my daily work included:
- Management of all utilized marketing tools and processes that enable daily team workflow.
- Extensive quarterly data driven reporting on marketing KPIs in line with campaign strategy.
- Creating and maintaining industry standard best practice content and guides for our audience

Coordinating marketing team efforts, reporting on campaign success and team KPI performance, overseeing online content marketing, brand building and strategy implementation. Regular tasks also included upskilling of team members in relevant areas through knowledge sharing sessions.
