As the Founder of VECTOR TP, I provide transfer pricing services to corporate departments and professional services that need co-sourcing solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in this field, I have developed a strong expertise in policy design, dispute resolution, and global processes implementation for intercompany transactions. I have also acquired a deep knowledge of intangible assets valuation, which is a key aspect of transfer pricing in today's knowledge-based economy. Before launching VECTOR TP in 2019, I led the global transfer pricing team at Sanofi, a leading pharmaceutical company, where I managed complex projects and negotiated successfully with tax authorities. I also collaborated closely with various business functions, such as finance, R&D, supply chain, and treasury, to ensure alignment and value creation. As a member of Transfer Pricing Economists for Development (TPED), I also contribute to the advancement of transfer pricing practices in developing countries. My goal is to deliver technically accurate and pragmatic solutions that empower my clients and enhance their business performance.
