I am currently Sales Lead at Leexi, a SaaS company that provides AI-powered solutions to improve your productivity. I'm in charge of growing the revenue and the customer base.

I was the founding Account Executive at Overloop. I have successfully closed dozens (110+) of deals with clients across various industries and regions while creating the entire inbound sales process from scratch. I also collaborated a lot with the product team to provide feedback and insights on the solution.

Before joining Overloop, I was a Business Analyst and Coach at Odoo, where I helped SMEs and startups implement and optimize their ERP systems. I got the chance to work in the HQ in Belgium when the consultant team was only about 60 people and then got mandated to the Dubai office that was only 3 years old to help with their fast growth. 

I'm really grateful to have that consultant experience as I believe it makes be a better sales person! 

I also co-founded and led Befoody (initially Befruity). It all started with a smoothies subscription business in my parent's veranda, getting my 100 first clients with cold calling. After 4 years, we were a team of 12, delivering between 400 and 800 healthy lunchs daily. As you may know, issues between co-founders is one of the biggest reason of startup failure, I left Befoody because of that. 

I am passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.

Three years ago, I was sitting in the audience of We Are Sales.

Not confident.
Not senior.
Just a sales rep trying to understand what “good” actually looked like.

I remember taking notes, listening carefully, hoping to pick up one or two things that could help me survive, and maybe grow, in this job.

This Wednesday, I’ll be on the other side.
On stage.
As a speaker.

And honestly… it’s hard to put into words how proud and grateful that makes me feel.

Over the past three years, a lot happened:

From Account Executive, learning the hard way
To Head of myself, making mistakes, doubting constantly
To Head of Sales, now responsible for a team of 15 amazing salespeople

This journey wasn’t linear.
It was messy.
Full of blind spots, failures, uncomfortable feedback, and learnings I wish someone had shared with me earlier.

That’s exactly what I want to do on Wednesday.

No theory.
No hype.
No “perfect framework from a perfect world”.

Just a very honest sharing of:

what worked
what didn’t
and what I would do very differently if I had to start again tomorrow.
