Comtree was in search for a future proof communications and sales platform.

As a business analyst, I was responsible for mapping the functionalities of the current platforms and defining the business requirements for the new communication and sales platform.

Based on the requirements and demonstrations of various suppliers, I got a view of what is possible versus what is needed for the organisation. This led to the advice for the selection of a new communication and sales platform.

In 2020, the municipality of Sittard-Geleen has implemented Microsoft 365 (M365). And the main focus was on the meeting functionality of Microsoft Teams, so teams could keep meeting internally and externally. 

The Microsoft 365 suite offers a wide range of functionality, and they were looking for advice on how to improve and expand the use of Microsoft 365.

From within the Information Management & ICT department, I was responsible, as quartermaster and business consultant for:
o Increasing internal awareness on M365  
o Analysing the current situation regarding the use of M365 
o Drawing up business requirements based on the organisational vision and user feedback
o Drawing up advice on the approach to expand the use of M365.
o Creating a job profile for a new role: Functional Administrator M365
o Supporting management in the application process for the position of Functional Administrator M365
o Training the Functional Administrator M365

Business Consultant / Quartermaster Microsoft 365 (Via Conclusion Zuyd)

Within the business unit IT Consultancy I worked as Account Manager and Product Owner.

As Account Manager for IT Consultancy I help my customers with all their IT, Data, Project Management and Agile related challenges. Together with the customer I find the best solution for their question. The solution may be a workshop to assess what the actual question is, it can be an expert that will guide the customer through his journey or an expert that will help with a defined mission.

I am commercially responsible for 12 clients and prospects (Non-profit and Commercial sector), in the MKB+/Enterprise segment.

As a Product Owner within Valid's Agile Movement I'm responsible for external/internal Agile positioning and new propositions. We want to demonstrate externally/internally who we are, how we work and how we can help our customers and the internal organization. 

In conversations with clients, I notice that there is a need for workshops on agile maturity, best practices, team building, compliance, etc. Together with the team we develop these workshops and validate these with our customers. Till now we have created 3 new propositions.

I have experience working in corporate organizations and start-ups.
My previous project was within a corporate organization and the challenge was refining the current corporate identity, creating a new marketing strategy and optimizing the alignment between sales en marketing. 

My final project was with CoTown, a Dutch/French startup.
In partnership with the municipality of Heerlen they are building a platform to enhance social engagement and the local economy of the city.  o creation of new business (Workspace, Internet of things solutions, big data en cloud platforms, etc.)
 o Developing existing strategic partnerships and forming new partnerships with customers

Within the division Large Enterprises I'm commercially responsible for 12 accounts in our Finance, Retail en Services branch (FSR).

I'm responsible for selling ICT portfolio (sell to)
   o retention of existing business
   o creation of new business

Key focus: digitalization, business processes, relationship management and customer satisfaction.

In my function as Bid & Pricing consultant I am responsible for outgoing proposals and tenders.
I process customer requests and coordinate the handling and authorization of the requested proposals/tenders.
Mainly I am concerned with IT (Consultancy/Hosting/Co-location/ Technical Application Management), Contact Center (Interactive Intelligence and Avaya) and Unified Communication portfolio.
