Siemens Digital Industries Software

Siemens Dynamo is an open innovation platform located in Tel-Aviv, Israel. The program’s goal is to serve as a commercialization vehicle for start-up companies with Siemens in the Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation domains. It is part of the Siemens DI Software - Digital Manufacturing department.

Tasks:
- Scouting and engaging with Israeli and international high-tech startups
- Exchanging with internal stakeholders to find 'white spaces' within the Siemens Software portfolio
- Creating research summaries in the domains of Industry 4.0 (digital twins, human simulation, digital logistics, computer vision)
- Testing and reviewing startups’ software products
- Demonstrating AI, VR and AR solutions of startup partners in front of internal and external stakeholders  
- Conceptualizing and redesigning the Siemens Dynamo website (with Unbounce)

Open Innovation Management

Bosch

Spexor was a Corporate startup from the Bosch Group. It was an IoT device that served as a mobile security assistant.

Tasks:
- Competitor analysis
- Market sizing
- Gate review preparation
- Product management (UX, interviews, prototypes)
- Sales / Fairs support (selling the product D2C)

Product Management (Corporate Startup)

The "grow platform" is the internal Bosch incubation platform for start-ups and intrapreneurs that have their origin within the company. They aim to foster explorative and disruptive business models that are directly aligned with Bosch’s global corporate strategy.

I worked in their seed management and supported the corporate startups.

Startbase is a joint project of Börse Stuttgart (stock exchange) & Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V. It functions as a news site and a startup database for the German startup ecosystem.

Tasks:
- Analysing the German startup ecosystem
- Scouting interesting startups 
- Publishing the Startup Radar which scouted recently founded startups
- Social media content management in regards to Startbase news
