- Role objective is to provide strategic insight into market trends; analyse existing product portfolio and map to client needs; identify and negotiate deals with third-party tech vendors; steer our GTM process; be the champion of our customers in product ideation.

- Responsible for growing strategic relationships with our key trading partners and maximising our investment opportunity with them – where necessary create new products to exploit opportunities (for eg. contextual programmatic buying which is my current project)

- Drive adoption of Trading initiatives among our agency partners working in collaboration with commercial teams (Premium Direct, Xaxis, Programmatic Services). 

- Line-manage a team of Media Managers and Execs who will take on settled products (eg. Premium Direct) and develop new processes for any new product launches or Trading initiatives.

- Joined as a graduate in 2014. I was trained in media planning and buying in the broadcast team. I was responsible for executing multi-million pound TV and Radio advertising campaigns, with early innovations including getting Peugeot 208 GTI into the “Ice Break” on Sky Atlantic in 2014: https://www.thinkbox.tv/how-to-use-tv/spots/themed-breaks/fortitude-ice-break/; I also revolutionized the way we sold podcasts to clients leading to a significant growth in this channel. 

- I negotiated a bespoke account/product management position bridging two departments and reporting to the Head of Media Partnerships and the Head of Audio. I was briefed with two tasks: account management of our most challenging audio accounts at a key strategic period (moving budget from broadcast to digital); and selling in media partnership packages to reticent clients. Across H2 2016 I prepared clients and was KPI’d from 2017. 

- I delivered Omincom’s calendar year target for digital audio investment in Q1 2017 and I grew our radio partnerships three-fold in a six-month period YoY. 

- I achieved this by upskilling the buying team in planning, selling, and project managing media partnerships. I developed bespoke products with media partners, internal tools, and training packages to do this.

Over two years I tutored undergraduates from Birkbeck and UCL across the Humanities. I focused on their critical thinking, research methodology, and essay technique. My chief objective was to provide tutees with the skills to communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely.
