In my previous role I managed two retainer accounts, Tourism Australia and Cashrewards. I was tasked with leading media and influencer outreaches, managing team member outputs, keeping the clients well-informed, and ensuring the accounts ran smoothly day-to-day. I also worked across the PlayStation AU and Sonos accounts as an SAE to AM level, and supported with ad-hoc campaign tasks for Uber, KitKat, and Place Management NSW. 

In addition to media outreach, my role involved working with content creators to produce short form user-generated video content featuring various client products or services. I managed the production process from start to finish, liaising with both talent and client to ensure a smooth process. 

A key aspect of my role was managing stakeholder expectations. My intention is to always keep the client happy and confident in my team, without compromising the content or over-promising on outputs or solutions.

I learnt to adapt quickly to changing stakeholder needs, and how to work effectively with a small team in a fast-paced environment. My strong relationship building skills meant I was tasked with developing connections with journalists, particularly within technology, finance, and events media. This focus on building trusting relationships meant that in times of urgency I was able to secure media coverage quickly and efficiently.

My key responsibilities include media outreach and placements for multiple domestic international brands, predominantly tech clients Satechi, Nanoleaf, Online Retailer Expo, and Breast Cancer Trials. My main responsibilities and duties: 

-Lead media practitioner for the Satechi brand in Australia and NZ - devising monthly campaigns and media outreaches for media placements in Australia's biggest publications News.com and Sydney Morning Herald, as well as a multitude of other print and online outlets. 
-Creating, initiating, and managing campaigns for a number of clients ranging from tech to alcohol in collaboration with the client's ideas and targets and locking in consistent coverage to hit monthly KPIs. 
-Liaising with various clients and management to discuss results, solutions, and future plans to further the brand and also build the relationship with the client. 
-Incorporating brand and corporate guidelines to achieve excellent brand management and marketing.  
-Locating, contacting, and contracting influencers to endorse our brands, and managing the production of coverage they provide. 
-Coordinating film and media crews at events, providing support to make sure coverage is acquired and produced. 
-Managing Rockets' social media presence, providing and posting content for Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin. 
-Managing multiple campaigns, product launches, and influencer outreaches simultaneously, making sure KPIs for each are hit each month. 
-Building and maintaining relationships with many local and national journalists, whilst also learning the media landscape further to make new connections.

- Social media management of The City's online presence including developing, uploading, and scheduling posts.
- Creating visual content for various online platforms using the Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Production coordination, creative direction, and organisation of video and still content shoots.
- Writing and recording of all music. 
- Writing media releases and biographies.
- Engaging with media organisations for interviews and publicity.

Once a week since October 2020, I travel to Sydney to write for Happy Mag Studios in their news writing team. My key responsibilities include: 

-Writing at least 5 news pieces a day on a variety of topics spanning music, politics, to pop culture. 
-Choosing and editing engaging images to apply to the articles. 
-Completing 5 to 6 articles quickly and efficiently to a professional standard. 
-Filling in for music reviews when needed, completing extra music pieces on top of my set news articles.
-Happy Mag boasts a huge online audience of nearly 350k followers therefore copywriting editing is completed to a professional standard.
