My story begins with Unilever and Nestle in the UK and Australia, two of the world’s biggest names in consumer brand marketing. I started my own executive recruitment business in a partnership. The business grew to employ 25 people. It was ultimately acquired by Adecco, the world`s largest staffing company. I subsequently managed Adecco’s Australian Executive Recruitment business. Along the way I have had extensive dealings with senior executives in leading recruitment firms in the USA, UK, and Australasia. This has enabled me to understand the job market well and I stay in touch with job market evolution through constant dialogue with leading world experts. I have completed consulting assignments for many domestic and international companies including such brands as Coca-Cola, Bain & Co, Accenture, PwC, Pepsi, Nestle, Frito-Lay, American Express, Unilever and EY. My interest in people, recruitment and careers led me into the field of Career Coaching and Job Search Coaching where I have run my own business over the past decade.
