I'm on a mission to normalise the 4 day work week.

There are many advantages to a shorter working week:

1. It attracts top talent
2. It retains top talent
3. Staff are happier
4. Staff are healthier
5. Staff are more productive
6. It's better for the environment
7. Staff are off sick less
8. It saves money

Just saw a job listing that boasted "2 days off per week"

Has the world gone mad, or have I... 😅

Here's what happened when a 70 person consultancy made the switch to a 4 day work week (100% pay, 80% time) 👇
