Small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) are the backbone of local communities; providing opportunities for meaningful work, fostering local economies and account for 60-70% of jobs in most OECD countries. SME's account for 99.8% of Australian businesses and contribute significantly to Australia's economy.

However, small to medium businesses have a much lower success rate than larger businesses and face greater hardships in extreme market conditions. SME's are less likely to have digital strategies or have adopted digital transformations and lack the time, resources, confidence and knowledge to do so. Support is needed to help SMEs create a sustainable future and adapt to online and digital marketing channels.

25eight provides personalised transformational learning programs that are designed to fit into busy schedules and incrementally build capability and confidence across a business maturity learning journey. In adopting innovative practices, businesses are able to increase revenue, time, job opportunities and the longevity of their business whilst developing future of work skills that will help them now and into the future. Marketing Entourage is a human-centred marketing and customer experience (CX) education company. Marketing Entourage's purpose is to increase the self efficacy of founders and business owners to implement effective marketing strategy, building their entrepreneurial capability and critical thinking skills.

We do this through a number of support programs that combine effective and engaging online learning and targeted support from expert mentors.

Marketing Entourage originated as a consultancy that enabled economic development for Australians by helping startups and small businesses, transforming social enterprises and NFPs so they can reach their mission faster, assisting governments to create more impact for their communities, cultural and sporting organisations solve complex problems and develop highly engaged communities or purpose-driven business that are creating better ways of working find people that will love what they do and help them disrupt their industry.

We did this by providing innovative strategic services, research, campaigns and education. Our methods focus on co-creation, whether that's with our clients or our clients community, and allow us to rapidly solve complex problems relating to our clients customer interactions. My other roles include Pitch Mentor for Startup Victoria, Global Ambassador for Inspiring Rare Birds, Expert in Residence regular panellist/judge/MC/speaker for events. I am also an advisor for a number of startup businesses.

Before starting my own ventures, I held a number of international leadership roles within Nokia (Global Director of Customer Experience) and Nokia Siemens Networks (Global Head of Brand Architecture). With over 25 years experience in strategy, technology, marketing and building businesses, I help organisations define problems, enable groups of people to achieve great results and ensure everyone enjoys the ride.
