Responsible for the client management and campaign planning services for Nestlé, Unilever and Mondelēz at Co-op.

Lead the development of annual campaign plans that align to the brands’ strategy and above the line campaigns, whilst also tailoring the campaign messaging and execution to ensure this works through the line by remaining relevant to Co-op customer needs and the convenience shopping mission.

Responsible for the end to end service, from initial planning stages, through to delivery, implementation and campaign analysis, across several travel brands as well as the bath & activity, nursery, toys & licensing categories.

Joined the agency as the team of three responsible for setting up the account. Helped to establish relationships across multiple stakeholders, both internally within Mothercare and externally with a brand new client base. Within the first year, we were working with +150 supplier brands, delivering incremental sales growth for both brand and retailer.

Managed the operation of the .com including updating the site using the CMS system and responsible for providing weekly and monthly sales reports; managed the brand’s presence at trade fairs and press shows; led relationships with drop-ship and key account partners, delivering staff training and securing appropriate VM sites within stores to increase visibility.

Accountable for the distribution of press releases across all communications channels; supported the Editor with the planning, editing and proofing of the British Eventing Life Magazine; generated collateral for various marketing campaigns including the launch of the new membership categories, new website launch and Christmas social activation to support the merchandise range.
