I'm a business leader that loves market research and customer insight! I've always loved business and been fascinated in how businesses start, develop and grow. I fortuitously fell into the market research industry where I have been lucky enough to harness my love of business and consumer feedback, to ensure businesses have greater customer-centricity and are able to inform every decision with insight. After studying business management and entrepreneurship I joined a small consultancy helping high profile brands improve their customer service. This enabled me to pair my desire to consult with an opportunity to see first-hand how small businesses ran. Several years later I got the opportunity to lead a Management Buyout of a boutique full service research agency. We successfully led Intersperience through a decade of growth before I transitioned into the world of online research with FlexMR. I founded FlexMR to create a more agile, fluid form of research using online qual and quant in a SaaS-style business model. The aim was to create a different client-offering of self-serve research with modular servicing offering - algonside a more robust business model than traditional ad hoc projects. The result today is The Insight Empowerment Company, a partnership of technology and a service-driven culture bringing an end-to-end research platform that enables brands to make more informed decisions at the speed of business.
