Through our Generative AI algorithm creating a virtual experience becomes as easy as typing what you'd like the virtual experience to be, cutting risk and time when dealing with the 3D experiences creation.
Our customers include Architects, Interior designers, Event Organizers and Luxury Real Estate companies that aim at simplifying the communication with their customers by helping them visualize how their new project will be in real time.

We help digital artists land their next job, whether they want to work in cinematography, advertising, gaming, or fashion.

As CEO and Co-Founder, I'm responsible for the management of the team and all that concerns coaching and artists relationships managament.
As of the beginning of 2021, we coached more than 40 artists, helping them land jobs in companies like Ubisoft, MPC, Airship Images, DNEG, Amazon among others.

Responsible for various human resources aspects of the company. 
Scaled the team together with the CEO from 2 people up to 50 in 6 months creating a talented AAA team of artists and developers from all around the world.

Organized internal activities of remote team building, one of the greatest challenges after pandemic hit. Today the team spends most of the time working together and having enterteinment moments that boost morale, productivity and fun.

Coached heads of the team for better productivity and higher performance when negotiating ord dealing with internal and external entities.

Hack My Mom

Hack My Mom has been an opportunity to know a lot of game changing and highly talented people. As CEO and event organizer I've been involved in finding solutions to create Hackathons that could powerfully engage with young motivated developers, designers and engineers and solve the needs of big companies all around Italy.

Natwork

As CEO, I'v been leading a team of  up to 20 people at peak time. The greatest challenge I've faced has been to get to know and work on my deepest mental blocks and wrong believes. Being the leader meant that I needed to be the first to work on myself in order to better understand others, coach them and achieve great things with them.

As software developer for a big chunk of the time, I've learnt to program in different languages like Python, Java, Dart and PHP. Design and work on such a complex system has been challenging for everybody inside, but thanks to our agile vision of life and the help of a Scrum master we have been able to build a great product that has been used in Italy and London.

As HR Assistant and Manager, JETOP has been my first real working experience. I've worked on a lot of cool projects, organized big fairs and events for the Polythecnic of Turin. Here I cultivated my inner passion for entrepreneurship, that eventually lead me to create my first startup: Natwork.

8 years as serial entrepreneur in the world of hackathons, business event networking apps, VFX artist coaching and now the metaverse. I Worked as a coach for artists from companies like Activision Blizzard, ILM,  Ubisoft, Weta, to name a few. In the last year I was also Head of HR for Fracture Labs, a blockchain game company for which I scaled the team from a bunch of people up to 52 people in 5 months.
