I helped Honeypot grow from 20 to 120 people in 3 years. In April 2019 Honeypot got acquired by New Work SE for 57M. Reported to the CEO directly for 3 years. 

• Prepared, launched and managed successful international expansion into Austria, Spain, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. 
• Kick started the business in each new market before hiring a full team to take over operation.
• Coordinated all operations internally with other teams (top management, product, engineering marketing, talent success, HR, etc.)
• In charge of P&Ls, overseeing a total of 20 people. Managing country managers directly.

• Hired and lead a team of 4 business developers & 5 customer success managers.
• Effectively managed and nurtured relationships with over 80 key accounts.
