IT System Officer / Project Manager

Recruitment of Engineering specialists on behalf of Airbus Helicopters & DCNS (Technicians, Engineers), Testers and Infrastructure Managers).
My role involved responsibility for the entire recruitment process from Decision Makers (Directors, Managers) meetings, definition specifications, research for candidates, advertisement of job offers, selection interviews, reference checking to technical testing. 
After the launch of a project, it was decided to rebuild the database to attract more candidates by using Big Data. My role was to support developers and IT Service Department locally through an analysis of the recruited profiles during the last years in my office. Also I established a list of skills per profile. I participated in the implementation of the "Apply one-click" (LinkedIn & Viadeo). Updating database information with new technologies such as SEO / SEM, Traffic Management.

My role was to make employers and candidates meet in a smoother and easier way by coordinating the efforts according to the needs / requirements.

To ensure selection & onboarding of employees at Airbus Helicopters.
To proceed to periodical service level review on a montly basis.

Human Resources Account Manager

Support via email / phone: Windows, Active Directory Account Management, Video Conference troubleshooting, case management, PC/printers (repair / installation).

In this role I developed general-advanced IT knowledge in Windows environments, Office suite, customer relationship management, troubleshooting, internal case management system for e-mail and telephone.
I switched after a short time to focus into Banking / Industrial customers. Then I went over to a more project-oriented service (Team Leader in the Customer Support Service). I took responsibility for a team of 5 technicians. The goal was to perform all of the steps in time.
