Preparation of the stand by recreating a bathroom.

Missions : Accompanying customers in their choices, helping them discover the products and the brand. Achievements: Orders, stocks, customer advice... Logically assigned to the most important "slide" department of the store in terms of turnover, the attention to detail was omnipresent. A daily challenge to convince customers of the quality of Decathlon products. Positive points: a lot of autonomy in decisions, I was able to be trained on sports that I didn't know and to train my employees in techniques and important points concerning Decathlon products.

Missions: Business development in Europe, the Caribbean, the USA and Canada. Development and maintenance of a network of 400 distributors using CRM tools. B2B and B2C prospecting, SNSM.  In addition to the commercial part, I was in charge of tasks related to communication: online community management.
On the logistics of order shipments, on the management of customer stocks and supplier relations. 
Together with the CEO we were able to make technical changes to the product. 
Strategic thinking within the team (mainly English-speaking) on sales and communication actions online and in the field.

Achievements: increase in the number of B2B distributors, creation of some of the largest partnerships (glénans-decathlon-...), follow-up and improvement of the relationships with these distributors. Achievement of the team's best sales figures.
Conviction of about twenty SNSM stations to distribute our guide.
