Au sein de la direction générale, pilote du projet d'implantation d'une société industrielle et de sourcing en Chine (Suzhou, région de Shanghaï)
> Coordination et pilotage de l'ensemble des ressources et des moyens nécessaire à l'avancement du projet;
> Collaboration avec les clients (Grands groupes internationaux) du groupe pour proposer, en 12 mois, des solutions de sourcing et de production en Asie (problématiques: prix, planning, assurance qualité);
> Suivi en interne des transferts de savoir-faire France-Chine et animation des équipes multi-sites;
> Négociation d'un partenariat avec un industriel local chinois.
