I was part of the organizing team for the first annual Caux Forum: Ethical Leadership in Business. 
It was a pleasure to be part of the challenge of launching a new event and implementing it in Switzerland.

◦ Managed the planning of various logistics, and developed related documents (i.e.  tracking tools);
◦ Managed room planning and reservation, as well as room set-up according to speakers' needs;

Headed the organizing committee of the International Train the Trainers (iTtT) Conference for AIESEC Switzerland. Gathered participants from 4 continents.

I was responsible for the following operations:
◦ Managing a team of 5 people; delegating tasks, establishing deadlines, and tracking progress;
◦ Devising an organizational strategy for the conference (e.g. timeline,
budget, location, logistics);
