Background: After graduating from University of Durham with a law degree, I worked in blue chip FMCG sales and marketing (Mars Confectionery, & Walkers Snack Foods) before moving to agency-side branding and innovation consultancies (Innovate, FutureBrand, & Nitro) I designed and facilitated workshops around the world for a host of blue chip clients Unilever, Mars, Nestle, Ford, Mars, McCann Wordgroup, Coca Cola, Kraft, GSK, HSBC, and Bacardi on topics of innovation, alignment, and communication,. I am also the non-executive director of a family SME manufacturing group.
