o  Ensured company was PCI (payment card industry) compliant with WorldPay partnering with the Security Operations Team.
My biggest win for Melaleuca was Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Globally in both WorldPay Markets and non-WorldPay Markets meeting PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) Requirements v3.2.1.  My PCI core team met all PCI security requirements for the 4 major global milestones. These were security requirements for policies, transactions, firewalls, storage, and encryption worldwide. I led completing the execution of PCI Folder Path Access and File Share Encryption project for all markets moving files using the Vormetric Transparent Data Encryption tool. A process was written for PCI Vault Database work – splitting, archiving pay methods monthly to meet the approved data retention security policy. Purging pay methods began in 2021. Calabrio Pause/ Resume was enabled in all international markets for PCI compliance.
o  Followed the ADKAR model which describes the required phases that an individual will go through when faced with a change. This model helps to understand the how, when, and why to use various change management tools. D = Desire which included Incentive programs aligned to key behaviors. Each year, Melaleuca pays out many bonuses, such as profit sharing, recognition awards, and incentives based on productivity and performance

o	Built framework for implementation of ERP tool, planned and managed process leading the Public Relations organization through the associated change.

Premera Sr. Project Manager 
o	Stood-up the effort driving a new initiative called People, Process, and Technology.  This strategy will determine the future state of Premera re-engineering the platform to be modular in support of their LOB and product needs.  
o	Identification of Strategic Thinkers/ SMEs across 15 functions coordinating 30 workshops.  The functional focus was People and Change Management.  Engaged Premera employees/ stakeholders early getting their buy-in on the changes / future state which will take place five years from now.  
o	Creation of ROB (rhythm of business), project schedule/ timeline, communications, RAID log, OneNote, and SharePoint intranet site.

o Project Manager within Sales Excellence Operations, Microsoft Search Advertising.
o Produced a Sales Planning roadmap along with a project schedule and timeline providing milestones and actions forthcoming into FY18 SET.  
o Formed a new Global Operations Hub giving more rigor and support with the Sales Planning Go-To-Market GTM process which included greater partnership and engagement with Field Operations implementing a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB).  
o Standardized with a new regular cadence of weekly recorded Field Sales Excellence Syncs, weekly GTM communications, support and partnership via a new Sales Planning Core Team alias, just-in-time trainings, and finally scheduled drop-in Open Office Hours during critical periods such as Segmentation and Book of Business (BoB) & Quota file setting.

o Migrated Microsoft Partner MSP incentive payments in-house from 3PP (third-party provider) for incentive programs which represents $1B of Microsoft spend.
o Completed first project phase with written communications, distribution lists, and communication schedule for Microsoft Partners MSPs.  Phase included awareness, launch, reminders, extensions, and payments held communications.  This was crucial in moving our $1B of payment exposure off of 3PP to AP (Microsoft Accounts Payable).
o Communicated to greater than 47k Microsoft partners participating in Local OEM, Certified Software Advisor, and Managed Reseller programs to submit their bank and tax profiles so as not to interrupt their incentive payments as part of the payout transformation project.

o Replaced the existing purchase path with a simplified telecom cloud checkout UX (user experience).   
o Built an eCommerce shopping experience that is Direct-to-Consumer DTC sales channel agnostic telesales vs. web leveraging the strengths of both to provide customers a simple way to research, browse and build their shopping carts online and complete their orders with a quick call to Telesales.
