IT recruiter with a background in sales and a passion for relationship building. I have experience working closely with IT team leads from both Engineering and Infrastructure teams, providing them with the support they need to build high-performing teams. I understand the importance of finding candidates who not only have the right technical skills, but who also fit well with the team's culture and values. Based on Gallup StrengthsFinder, my unique combination of strengths has an effect on my job as follows: 1. Empathy: I have a natural ability to understand and feel the emotions of others and the vibe in the room / team. This helps me to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues and enable me to connect with them on a deeper level. 2. Intellection: I have a strong passion for learning and a deep appreciation for intellectual discussions, I especially shine with this in one-on-one conversations. This strength enables me to ask thoughtful questions, understand complex problems, and come up with innovative solutions. 3. Achiever: I have a strong desire to accomplish my goals and to do so at a high level. This helps me to stay focused, motivated, and driven to succeed in my work. You can always count on me. 4. My positive outlook and sense of responsibility also make me a valuable team player who can be counted on to deliver results. Outside of work, I've found my passion in giving back to my community through volunteering. On a weekly basis I help a 90+ year old lady who lives alone, providing companionship and assistance with tasks around the house.
