I joined as a second designer in the team and together with the first designer built a team of high-performing designers between 8 to 11,  which included a researcher and ux-writer and Design system and 6 product designers. During this period I established a design process tailor-made for startups that ensured Velocity and Quality of Design. The process also ensured product requirements are critically analysed from user's perspective. My work also included hiring and training the team members who were mostly freshers or interns and converting them into professional designers for life.

Few highlights:
1. Billing redesign which lead to reduction in bill payment post-due date by 31%
2. Operationalising user research through customer interviews for the Billing redesign project
3. First of it's kind CRM exclusively built for Claim processing which involved 65 days of untangling complex claim processes and giving the shape of seamless claims processing 
4. Design System - A sophisticated design system that acted as library of UI components which helped product designers to focus on business flow.
5. Process simplification - Dejargonizing design process so that it's digestible for the product and tech teams and operationalising it successfully.

Lead UX Designer

Halodoc ID

Joined as first designer among a team of 25 engineers. Had great fun building products, doing guerilla customer research and evangelizing design best practices at Halodoc Indonesia. Doing impromptu customer interviews at pharmacies in Jakarta, discussing wireframes on the wall with multi-stakeholder and multi-cultural and language teams were the best part of the experience at Halodoc.

Designed bi-lingual mobile app-verse for both IOS and Android within a span of 4 months was the high point of the brief stint at Halodoc.

Worked on online surveys as part of user research for practo "orders" during the short time I was there. But overall I didn't have much work to do because I was 38th Designer joining the team when they required only 10 to 12 designers.

Was involved in end to end design process from conception to delivery of gameplay, game level design, score design, powerups design. Closely worked with the data scientists to drive engagement and increase stickiness to the game "Gummy Pop". The game was a moderate success.
