•Partnered with a fellow competitive recruit to assist in the transition of a new Investment Advisor by preparing account opening documents for the transfer of individual and corporate household assets into RBC Dominion Securities. 

•Completed various ad-hoc assignments within the branch by covering for shorthanded Investment Advisor teams and assisting in administrative tasks delegated by branch management. 

•Trained several incoming recruits by leveraging prior transition experiences and giving a hands-on approach about the competitive hire process.

Bank of the Philippine Islands, together with its subsidiaries, provides various financial products and solutions to retail and corporate clients in the Philippines. It operates through Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking segments.

During my internship, I was tasked with the following responsibilities: 

•Conducted due diligence on 30 individual and corporate clients by organizing and tabulating client filings in an excel database to ensure legal compliance and fulfillment of business requirements set out by the bank. 

•Summarized market reports and business performance during weekly meetings by writing a detailed report to provide extensive review of key business decisions and action plans made in Private Banking. 

•Prepared research reports with a co-intern on 5 potential bond investments for banking clients by analyzing financial ratios, credit ratings, and industry news using Bloomberg, Trading Economics, and Excel.

•Collaborated with 22 Event Managers in executing logistical operations for a social enterprise conference that included over 350 delegates and 20 speakers.
