Full responsibility for the procurement requirements of 110 Residential Care & Nursing Homes across England and Scotland. This included major categories such as food, maintenance, waste and cleaning/medical consumables. 

Creating long term, senior level relationships with supply partners and establishing appropriate contract management measures. Developed a reputation for working in partnership with suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Developed a warehouse solution during Covid to ensure PPE availability was kept at 100%, including management of logistics to ensure what was effectively a 24-7 always on PPE replenishment.

Development of a laundry trailer for use whilst laundries were being refurbished or out of action due to machine failure.

Purchase of a fleet of mobile generators to ensure power availability 24-7.
