Key Responsibilities:
Developing and shaping the Medico Digital HCP engagement offering, helping our clients maximise engagement with valued HCP stakeholders and ensuring campaigns take a data-led approach.
Driving meaningful relationships with key external stakeholders, both customers and partners, to ensure optimal marketing campaigns are created and executed with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of patients.
Collaborating effectively with multiple teams internally, including design, content and paid media teams, as well as healthcare and industry partners to ensure strategic alignment and optimised campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for multi-channel campaign planning, implementation and reporting as well as buying the media and negotiating with media owners.
Playing an integral role in new business pitches and building strong relationships with new and existing clients across a portfolio of accounts.

Working across multiple markets and specialties for example; nutrition, oncology and OTC.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Work with internal and external agency colleagues to plan a media campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
Present campaign proposals and budgets to clients
Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both ensuring communication flows effectively
Handle budgets, manage campaign reporting and invoice clients using companies invoice software
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and explore test and learn opportunities 
Assist on pitches with the aim of securing new business for the agency

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the client services team with media planning and buying and ensuring the clients are always satisfied
Supporting the team with daily campaign administration (campaign reports, competitor analysis)
Having a strong understanding of clients business and their marketing and media objectives
Having a wide knowledge of the media market and understanding the planning and buying process (digital, outdoor, TV, press, radio and cinema)
Maintaining clients media schedules and campaigns and being able to planning projects independently whilst researching and developing a knowledge of a variety of media opportunities 
Building strong working relationships and communication skills with clients and equally with colleagues at Total Media

I managed a team of more than five people and was responsible for opening/closing the store.
Motivated the team to deliver exceptional customer service and developed my communication skills with colleagues and customers
Manged the cash office and weekly banking admin, provided cash handling skills and was trusted with the responsibilities of the position.
I was team leader for the ‘click and collect’ system which enhanced my organisation skills.
As duty manager my team regularly achieved targets set out by branch management. 
Despite being a brand new store the branch finished top of the national sales table, outselling the top two London branches. Contributing towards this achievement and aiming for targets enhanced my ambition to succeed as a team and ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the branch.
