3. Prepare a standardized Power BI dashboard to analyze the results of the FlexSim simulation tool easily.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare standard documentation on the simulation toolbox
 -Introduction to discrete event simulation (flow simulation)
 -Simulation User Manual with examples of how to use the FlexSim simulation tool.
 -Documents to be developed as part of a simulation project
 -Standard simulation outputs (linked to the Power BI project)
 -Comparative analysis of available tools and mining value chain processes mining.

2. Propose strategies for optimizing rail transport of ore between the mine and the port. (Gabon)
 -Simulation Conceptual representation
 -Construction of model structure
 -Data collection, sorting, cleaning, analysis, and creation of distribution laws by on-site experts. 
 -Validation of model results against the current situation
 -Generation of output results on key KPIs and OEE to be visualized in Power Bi
 -Raising awareness of different equipment and tariffs
 - Improved knowledge of port activities and different operating modes.

3. Prepare a standardized Power BI dashboard to analyze the results of the FlexSim simulation tool easily.
 -Prepare an Excel file with the raw data to be collected from a model using Excel VBA.
 -Create a dynamic Power BI dashboard model to visualize the various components of the OEE.

- 30% improvement in the cycle time of the evacuation of mineral ore at the port 
- Transparency within the group from the Power BI dashboards on the production performance of the plants

·	Preparing Field Development Plans; Work Programs & Budget for the redevelopment of strategic assets within stringent timelines. (Questor, MS Office)

·	Develop production forecast; profiles for oil fields and production data history performance analysis (Decline analysis).

·        Worked with a diverse team of oil and gas professionals in providing fit-for-purpose consultancy services to various clients during the DPR Marginal fields technical bid round for 2020.
I focused on designing and modeling oil & gas surface facilities using Questor (IHS software) for the field development plan of 13 fields including Egbolom, Akamba/Mfoniso, Ikong, Nkuku, Olua, Ekpat, Igbomotoru & Igbomotoru North.

·	During my time the school population increased by 25% in my service year in the secondary school from May 2018 to March 2019 with my hard work and input.
