I drive Bugcrowd’s global renewal business and Customer Success & Sales Strategy initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally with the Product, Engineering, Operations and Marketing teams, I’m responsible for ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals: delivering impactful programs and delighting customers. 

My Objective is to: 
1) Leverage and implement industry best practices to help customers get started efficiently with Bugcrowd.
2) Help customers quickly adopt our platform and expand usage across their enterprise to drive greater security, leading to greater ROI on their Bugcrowd investment. 
3) Prescriptively and proactively show our customers additional use cases that can drive the next set of insights and the next “oh sh*t” moment”. 
4) Lead an amazing team of dynamic Account Managers and CSMs to deliver on Bugcrowd’s promise, secure renewals and help our customer solve the hardest problems. 
5) Scale and further automate mundane tasks to enable Bugcrowd’s Account Management team to focus on what matters: serving our customer base.

Managed Summer Sales Intern program, leading 2 interns in business development and lead gen for new Rapid7 solutions & our UNITED Summit, working with Marketing & Sales leadership.

Successfully completed and implemented Force Management sales training & methodology.
