My remit is to lead our end to end recruitment for a the platform which is a sub-division within the wider Design & Engineering division. Dimension Data is going through an ambitious global expansion and overall responsibility is to lead our quest to bring in new talents to realise this ambition. 

Day to day responsibilities includes but not limited to the following: 

- Managing the end to end recruitment for the whole business unit
- Implementing cost effective strategies to source talents
