This enables you to articulate an authentic future vision by helping you define your values. During our coaching sessions, I encourage you to prioritize your focus around your unique strengths. This process successfully creates strong and calm self-belief and helps effectively organize your thinking to make the best decisions.

In the throes of a successful career in aerospace I was spurred by a health crisis to pursue a much more personal “organizational change.” 

After being diagnosed with a stroke, I began to see my life not as a problem to solve but a journey to treasure, I started to study under thought leader Deepak Chopra and retired from industry in 2016.

Over time, my life has taken on many roles; I joined the Navy at age 19 to travel the world.  I’ve lived in Switzerland, Iceland, and Turkey, and was stationed on a submarine tender underway.  I am trained as an engineer and applied scientist; I specialize in pattern recognition.

I am a survivor of domestic violence and raised a successful daughter as a single parent.
 
My superpower is Intuitive Mindset Empowerment coaching which focuses almost exclusively on your inner thoughts, self-beliefs and behavioral patterns to help you uncover what's holding you back and find the motivation to move forward. 

Bringing my 30 years of transformational experiences, I am on a journey to personally lead others on their quest of self-discovery, and my scientific tool of choice is Emergenetics.  A self-assessment profile tool based on psychology, social analytics, and brain science.

🌑 New Moon Ritual: “Release, Reveal, Renew”

1. Find Stillness
Sit somewhere quiet. Place your feet flat on the ground and rest your hands gently over your heart or on your lap.

 Take three slow breaths, letting your exhale be longer than your inhale.

2. Name What You’re Ready to Release
On a piece of paper, write down one pattern, emotion, or belief that no longer serves you — something you’re ready to let go.

Examples: fear, self-doubt, resentment, old obligations, unworthiness.

3. Hold It to the Light
Lift the paper toward the sky and softly whisper:
“I release what has weighed me down. I choose truth. I choose freedom.”

4. Transform It
Tear the paper into small pieces. With each tear, imagine the weight leaving your body and your energy getting lighter.

5. Set Your New Intention
Place a hand over your heart and speak one clear intention for the new cycle:
“I welcome clarity. I welcome courage. I welcome the next version of me.”

6. Close with Gratitude
Take one final breath and thank yourself for showing up with honesty, softness, and strength.
