Hey there! 👋🏻 I’m Piege (like siege) Here are a few things most people don’t know about me. - I’m really good at Dance Dance Revolution - I enjoy listening to film scores (huge Hans Zimmer fan) - I specifically excluded sales from my job search before inevitably landing in it My perspective on sales was skewed like one of those road signs with too many turns up ahead. I didn't want to be sleazy, manipulative, or dishonest. But that's not what sales is. That what people do to abuse it. Sales, at it's core, is a good thing because it's simply an exchange of value. It's literally the driving force of business and trade. So when you have a need and someone has a solution, you buy it, and everyone wins. That's good. But I struggled, a lot. Since I didn't know much about sales or the business world, the rollercoaster effect amplified. I was stressed, anxious, and ready to quit. But then I came across this quote in Integrity Selling that changed my life. "Salespeople begin each day with one of the two levels of job commitment. Consciously or unconsciously, they either say: 1. If this job works out, I’ll stay in it. 2. I’ll stay in this job and make it work it out. Two different attitudes. Two different levels of commitment. And ultimately, two vastly different ultimate levels of success." Instead of playing the victim and blaming everything else but me, I took ownership, changed my mindset, and determined to make it work. And now, as a fellow sales rep, I'd like to share in the journey, primarily around mindset. If you're interested in chatting about it, DM me. (don't worry, I have nothing to sell you. I just love talking shop around sales, client experience, and mindset best practices) —-------------------------------- P.S. If you’ve made it this far, let’s be friends. :)
