Core to the IsoTalent recruiting process is the IsoConnect software platform which gives each stakeholder transparency into the process. The IsoTalent model improves candidate fit, reduces time to fill, and reduces the average recruiting cost per hire by over 75%.

With a comprehensive approach, IsoTalent also offers resume development for individual candidates, interview consultations, and executive recruiting services for businesses. We have made our candidate services open to the general market as of today, to assist in getting people back into the workforce.

Principal Recruiter

Nike

Responsible for service through product knowledge and storytelling. 
Oversees and tracks key indicators through weekly reporting.
Engages with consumer satisfaction by reviewing survey scores.
Responsible for keeping store updated with current developments within the company. 
Teaches employees through 1 on 1 interactions and shadowing. 
Supports employees by providing resources for development and learning. 
Facilitates new hire training. (Rookie Camp)

Consumer Experience - Coach

Responsible for the hiring and onboarding of new employees through partnering with territory recruiters. 
Facilitates new hire training (Rookie Camp).
Responsible for employee scheduling.
Builds business forecast and manages payroll by analyzing previous years and current trends. 
Coaches and mentors employees and peers.
Partners with Head Coach (General Manager) and Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Manager) to strategically make staffing decisions and develop employees.

Operations/Athlete Services Manager

Oversees digital wins within store. 
Uses weekly reporting to advance consumer experience through a digital lens.
Serves as a resource for employees to better engage with online sales and Nike's app library.
Participates in New Hire Training. (Rookie Camp)

Digital Manager

Manages entire Footwear Department and employees.
Utilizes weekly reporting to uphold company sales standards.
Shares product technology and history through 1 on 1 interactions with employees.
Merchandises product in department.
Oversees Footwear flow within store.

In my role as the Director of Partner Relations at AEGIX AIM, I spearhead the establishment and implementation of strategic alliances within the incident management sector. Drawing on my proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM), I identify, nurture, and sustain enduring connections with influential decision-makers, while delivering solutions that amplify communication and information resources for both communities and first responders.

With a track record of triumphs in B2C and B2B sales, lead generation, recruitment, and consultancy, I've collaborated with a diverse array of clients and candidates across various industries and hierarchies. In 2017, I earned recognition as the West Territory MVP of the Year, showcasing my dedication, results, and fervor for the brand.
