Have not let my bosses down thus far! √ I need minimal supervision and has proven that I can thrive within various organizational structures, different cultures and nationalities. √ I practise true business partnering, as I take the effort to listen. I do not practise fault finding. √ Possesses the ability to build a department from scratch and have managed teams of various sizes. √ I like to provide emotional support and mentorship via hands-on coaching and positive reinforcement, with the aim of helping my auditors excel in what they do. After all, I am as good as my people! √ I have proven track records in: • Performing various forms of audits (literally hands-on), including identifying controls weaknesses and providing practical solutions, with the aim of minimizing the risks to the organization; • Conducting Special Assignments/Investigations. These are real life instances that have helped to prevent the outflow of significant organization's resources; and • Administering audit departments and successfully fulfilling the BSCs/KPIs while keeping the budget in check. √ In short, I know what I do, I do them well (quality over quantity). Outside of work, • I enjoys running, golf and table tennis. Used to play badminton but have since retired my racquet. • I am an avid NFL (New England Patriots), Rugby (All Blacks) and Football fan (Arsenal). • I am a toy collector of action figurines and enjoys model making. • I am a father to 9 rabbits and 6 cats.
