LINK Mobility Development Hub is a child company of the multinational LINK Mobility Group, specialized in delivering in-house technical solutions for the group. Alongside my day to day obligations (listed below), me and my team succeeded to transform the working process and from rather chaotic and unmanaged setup with delayed and non specified deliveries, we built a polished organization, which started to deliver in small increments, with constant velocity, according to the best SCRUM practices.

Development Manager

Trixir

Trixir was a gamification company, specialized in two directions - gamification through facilitation and gamification through online games. It was a startup company and when I started everything was in POC stage. There was no team, no process, just group of enthusiasts working and delivering on desktop PCs in an apartment. When I left the company it was already in an office, with well built security measures, access control, with it's own server room, connected through two independent optical wires, continuously delivering tested software (both automatically and manually) from Gitlab through Jenkins, in SCRUM sprints, with code quality objectively guaranteed by Sonarqube. The production environments were cost-effectively hosted in AWS with practically 0 downtime.

Apart that the summary of my responsibilities lays listed below:
• Played key role in the company's organization;

Proxiad Bulgaria

Proxiad Bulgaria is part of the bigger Proxiad Group - a French company with almost 52 m eur of turnover. It is a services company delivering development services to big corporations such as Orange, Ariba, BNP Paribas, Boursorama etc.

I started there as a software engineer but little by little I received more responsibilities such as:
• Contact with the customer;
• Gathering and cleaning up of specifications;
• Translating functional specifications into technical ones;
• Advising over the choice of 3rd part products;
• Building up dev teams;
• Building up complete system architectures;
• Organizing development process by defining tasks and splitting them to smaller units;
• Supervising the development process and guiding the developers trough it, administering technical help and know-how when needed;
• Assuring the quality of code delivered (code review);
• Reporting of the progress;
• Delivering the final product by either direct deployment or technical guidance through the deployment process.
